Appointment Booking Guide

Dear Patient, Please Read Carefully Before Using the Online Appointment System

  • The working hours of the clinic are every day except holidays from 7:00 a.m. to 19:30 p.m.
  • Online appointments must be registered only under the patient’s own name and information. When entering insurance details, make sure the insurance booklet belongs to the patient.
  • (If registered data differs from the patient’s identification card, corrections will be made at the clinic’s reception.)
  • If the patient does not have an insurance booklet, the patient’s national ID card must be presented to the hospital’s cashier.
  • Currently, online appointment booking is not available for foreign citizens and newborns without a national ID code.
  • For these cases, registration must be done in person at the clinic’s cashier every day at 6:00 a.m.
  • It is mandatory to arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
  • For online appointments, the total consultation fee will be charged according to the patient’s insurance type or private rate.
  • For insurance contracts with full (100%) coverage, 25% of the private fee will be temporarily charged and refunded after the consultation.
  • If the patient fails to attend at the scheduled time, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting 25% as penalty.
  • The refund will remain in your account until your next visit, or you can enter your national code and tracking number (sent via SMS) in the “Appointment Follow-up” section to declare your bank account for refund.
  • Appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the doctor’s visit without any deduction.
  • If cancellation occurs within 24 hours or less, 25% of the private fee will be deducted as penalty.
  • For cancellation, go to the Appointment Follow-up section and specify your desired refund method.
  • If you want the refund to your bank account, please enter your account number, account holder’s name, and bank name.
  • If the doctor is absent, the clinic secretary will cancel your appointment automatically and you will receive an SMS notification.
  • Please then go to the Appointment Follow-up section to register your bank account for refund.
  • Patients must recheck their online appointments 24 hours before visiting the hospital to make sure they are confirmed.
  • If the clinic cancels an appointment, an SMS will be sent to the registered mobile number.
  • You may then choose whether to receive the refund in cash at the clinic cashier or by bank transfer through the hospital website.
  • At the time of arrival, go directly to the clinic cashier to verify your insurance status.
  • Appointments are for consultations only.
  • Online booking is not available between 23:15 and 00:15 midnight — appointments can be booked until 23:15 on the previous day.
  • Please use Chrome or Firefox browsers for booking operations.

  • Appointments for nutrition specialists or body scan tests are not covered by insurance; their fees are deducted together with the consultation payment.
