- General Service Description:
Providing all services for cardiac, ophthalmic, and surgical patients from the time of admission, including patient reception, initial orientation and education, performing procedures and necessary connections, sending laboratory tests, obtaining and reviewing EKG, echocardiography, radiography, dialysis, and more. Conducting necessary pre‑operative consultations, referring the patient to the relevant units such as the cath lab, operating room, and radiology, receiving the patient back from these units, and ensuring safe discharge according to the SMART protocol (at the scheduled time, without delay, with full patient satisfaction), and finally following up with the patient after discharge.
