If I have supplemental insurance, why must I pay the consultation fee when booking online?
When booking online, the full visit fee is charged based on the insurance type or the self-pay rate. For insurance plans with 100% coverage, a deposit equal to 25% of the self-pay fee is collected, which will be refunded after the patient attends the appointment and is examined by the physician. In the event of a no-show, the deposited amount will be refunded after deducting a penalty equivalent to 25% of the self-pay visit fee.
