A memorandum of understanding (MoU) on strategic cooperation has been signed between Razavi Subspecialty Hospital in Mashhad and Habib Yar International Hospital in Afghanistan, with the aim of expanding scientific, clinical, and international collaboration.

The ceremony was attended by Mr. Arbab Khales, Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the North-East of Iran, and Dr. Ejaz, President of Habib Yar International Hospital, Afghanistan.

During the meeting, both parties emphasized the significance of fostering bilateral relations in the healthcare sector. They underscored their commitment to leveraging shared capacities in areas such as clinical services, the exchange of medical knowledge and specialized expertise, the enhancement of medical cooperation, and the development of international ties.
